Mojo rojo
Mojo rojo is one of the traditional dishes served in the Canary Islands. It is made from an endemic type of pepper found only on the islands, olive oil and spices. The texture of the sauce is pleasantly creamy and can be served as a side dish to baked potatoes, meat, or even a baguette as a tapas. We offer a mild and spicy sauce, made according to a family recipe on the island of La Palma.
